School Spirit Wear – Pre-Order FAQ
1. Who can place an order?
We are accepting pre-orders from students and parents for school spirit wear products.
2. What sizes are available?
You can choose sizes ranging from Small to XXXL.
3. How do I place an order?

Select the apparel items you’d like.

Choose the appropriate sizes.

Select the e-Transfer payment option at checkout and submit your order.
4. How do I pay?
After placing your order:

You will receive an email with payment instructions.

Send your e-Transfer to: cheryl@thegraphiczone.ca.

Once your payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email.
5. When will my order be processed?
Orders will begin to be processed the day after the pre-order deadline.
6. When will I receive my order?
All orders will be delivered to the school for distribution 2 weeks after the deadline date.
7. Can I pay by credit card or other methods?
If requested, a separate invoice can be emailed to you for credit card processing.
